Our Process

Our rigorous refurbishing process includes the cleaning, inspection, testing, and grading of all products. We have the capability to repair and reserialize most products, and we specialize in designing new packaging and labeling for product resale. Additionally, we track recycled and scrap product to prevent it from re-entering the gray market. Our factory received and processed more than 80,000 refurbished items for resale in 2016.  

Receiving

Products are received into our warehouse where they are scanned, visually inspected, and sorted accordingly. 

Refurbishing

Refurbishing begins with a thorough visual inspection, and then each product is tested to ensure proper operation. Products that are found to be defective are either repaired or moved into traceable recycling to ensure products do not enter the gray market. If desired, products can be reserialized.

Repackaging & Redistribution

The final step of refurbishment involves the repackaging of the product, along with any cables, remotes, brackets, screws, owners manuals, and setup guides. Divvy has the capability to procure or even design new boxes and foam padding to protect the product, and can fully relabel the boxes for resale.
